We currently have an exciting opportunity available for you to join our Wellington team as a General Practice Education Programme (GPEP) Operations Manager.
In this role, you'll manage the GPEP delivery from a day-to-day management point of view. The GPEP is a three-year post-graduate vocational General Practitioner education programme.  You will provide a comprehensive service to the registrars, ensuring that their learning cycle needs are met.  This will be accomplished by good people leadership, continuous improvement around process and building a culture of delivery and accountability.  
Leading a team of six, you will ensure the College meets its statutory, legal and good employer obligations. This is a very outcome-focused role and will require you to implement and maintain agile processes and systems to ensure efficient and timely training programmes. Whilst previous health or education sector experience will help you to excel in this role, it is not essential.  
You will form key relationships with the National Clinical Lead, Practice owners and the regional Medical Educators . As one of the faces for GPEP you'll build and maintain external relationships on a day-to-day basis.
