The Medical Council of New Zealand is currently undertaking a review to ensure that the resource is accessible and useful to doctors and members of the public, and to ensure that the standards outlined are appropriate, clear, easy to follow and informative. They are seeking views on the standards outlined in the statement, and on changes that they are proposing to make.

PHARMAC is seeking feedback on the criteria it uses to make decisions. You can have your say on the decision criteria consultation, and be part of the Community Forums during June and July 2013. To read more, and to register for one of the community forums, please go here
The decision criteria are central to PHARMAC achieving the best health outcomes that are reasonably achievable from within the budget provided. The criteria directly affect the pharmaceutical treatments that are available for public subsidy.

The Ministry of Social Development want to hear your views on how effective the 2007 amendments to the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act have been.
The amendments provide greater protections for persons setting up an enduring power of attorney and came into force in September 2008.
Online and written consultation begins on 1 March and finishes at the end of June 2013.
You can provide feedback on the effectiveness of the 2007 amendments through the online questionnaire or the written questionnaire.
There are two questionnaires, a long version and a short version. The shorter questionnaire is for anyone who wants to express their views on the amendments. The longer version is designed more for those who work with and are familiar with the enduring powers of attorney legislation.
