Can do? Come and be our next top customer service superstar
Part of being a general practitioner (GP) is continuing to learn as you practice medicine. We call that continuing professional development (CPD), and we need an outstanding customer service star to help our doctors achieve their learning requirements.
You’re the kind of person who is a clear communicator, loves to resolve customer questions and issues, and is brilliant at administration. You’ll be detailed, great at following the rules we need to adhere to, and can report on the work you’re doing.
We would love to hear from someone who has experience working with professional development programmes, and that doesn’t necessarily need to be in the health sector. Because we’re helping others learn, we’re keen on learning too, and can teach the right person everything they need to succeed. For your part, you’ll bring a ‘can do’ attitude, which means that you’ll be open to development opportunities and be able to pitch in when that’s needed.
Since 1974, The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners has brought together New Zealand’s GPs, who work in GP practices across the country, into a membership organisation. Keeping those GPs current in their practice is the passion of the CPD team and we look forward to hearing how you can help us make that happen.
