Since 1974, The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners has brought together New Zealand’s GPs into a membership organisation.
Now we need a customer service and administration superstar to ensure they feel like they belong. Your administration skills will be immaculate. You’ll be detailed, fastidious, and careful but not to the point of being territorial.
We’d love to harness your experience in developing why people should seek and value membership of an organisation. We’d really love to hear from you if you’ve got experience establishing and/or running an alumni programme and if you know how to work in a Secretariat role that supports formal committee processes.
We’re a pretty stand-out bunch because we’re friendly and love a laugh in the office. But we’re also dedicated to the cause of general practice and health equity in New Zealand and need someone who can support us to do that better. Help us clean up our data, keep our electronic records relevant, ensure we’re doing the right thing by our College rules, and be a friendly go-to, can-do kind of person around the office.
