Our role is to advocate for equity, access, and sustainable healthcare for all people in Aotearoa New Zealand, which we do by setting and maintaining education and quality standards and supporting our members to provide skilled, equitable care to their patients. We believe fundamentally that regardless of who or where they are, every New Zealander should have access to their own GP.The College’s 65 staff work in a light, bright central Wellington office that has sea views. We value health and support staff in this with wellness benefits, free fruit, social activities, and friendly colleagues.

Our commitment to equity and diversity
