To access the CME endorsement application form you need a login, which is different to the member login.
Timeline for endorsement
To be considered for endorsement you need to apply for endorsement at least four weeks before your CME activity will be run.
Once your application is complete, we will confirm we have it. Then we aim to process applications in two weeks.
Benefits of endorsement
By being an endorsed provider, you can expect:
- advice and guidance with endorsement applications
- use of the College’s endorsement logo on endorsed material
- promotion of your activity as endorsed by the College
- Eligibility to advertise via the College's member newsletter and website
- Providers also enjoy access to the College’s learning management system for uploading and recording attendance data.
Application and endorsement fees for New Zealand providers
A non-refundable administration fee of $150+GST will be charged for all applications, regardless of whether they are successful. The endorsement fees are added to that.
Endorsement fees are waived if you are providing a free activity to GPs. If you are providing both free and charged-for activities your endorsement will be split into endorsement for your free activities and endorsement for your chargeable activities.
International organisations wishing to provide education to New Zealand GPs and rural hospital doctors should email the endorsement team to chat.
